Construction Management– For medium projects, we are more than capable of initiating the process for you, guiding you along the design and pre-construction phases of the project, getting you a set of construction drawings and partnering with or outsourcing the construction contract to another construction firm.
Owner Representation– For large projects, we can act as an extension of the owner’s staff and protect the owner’s interests at all times. We can help the owner with site selection, program development, schematics and feasibility, selection of the Architect/Engineer team, guide the process through permitting, bidding and selection of Prime Contractor, construction and post-construction services.
